If this is your site and you've done nothing wrong then relax...none of your content is gone.  Chances are your account was suspended by the automatic scanner by accident.  Please contact the administrator and give the full URL of the your account and ask to have it unsuspended.

How can I tell if my account is suspended?

Duh...you see this page!  Also your FTP and CP are locked.  Yeah the email reset is locked out too.

Why are accounts suspended?

Accounts are generally suspended for violations of the our Terms of Service or AUP (Acceptable Use Policy). Please read the rules to find out more about specific violations.

Sometimes, accounts accounts that have suspicious links, forms, password boxes or links to malicious websites. These accounts may have been compromised or have given their username and password out to another website.

Also, when someone complains about your site it can be suspended.  Innocent until proven guilty does not work here....we literally host millions of sites and in 99% of the cases we find that the complaints have merit.  We are not here to arbitrate...chances are if you are making people mad with your content then this host is not the place for you.

How do I find out why my account was suspended, or get account suspension lifted?

If you want to know why your account is suspended then please email the administrator for your domain and make sure you mention the full URL of your account.  Make sure and mention the last day you logged in just in case someone stole your login and password. 

What steps can I take to avoid these suspensions?

It’s not fun to work hard on a site and then see it suspended.  Make sure you read the terms of service carefully and follow the rules.  If your running a forum please make sure your not making people angry on a regular basis.  A good moderator can take care of people without causing retaliation.  Do not use pictures and links from copy written sites.

Make sure and log into your account regularly.  We post news and notices in your control panel and it's important you read them in case the AUP or ToS change.  Also change your password regularly and use long passwords using alpha numerics.  Passwords should not be less then 8 characters.  DO NOT EVER give out your password to others.
